Burn Boot Camp

I absolutely LOVE this place! The trainers are amazing, encouraging and really push you to do your best, while listening to what your body needs. I love the fact that it's a group setting, but you still get 1 on 1 attention. If you are struggling with form, or need a modification, they are right there to have your back. I've only been there a few months, but in that short time I'm already doing things I never thought I would be able to do when I first started. And the fact that child care is included is a game changer!!! Shout out to those amazing ladies watching over our littles! 5 stars!!

I have belonged to a lot of gyms in the past but when you join Burn Bootcamp Manassas you’re joining a community. I absolutely love there. The trainers and people I have met along the way have been amazing and it’s truly a no-judgement zone. It’s the best one on one trainers in a group class I’ve ever been involved with.

Love my gym! The trainers are awesome and the front desk is always pleasant. Gotta love how much Deb and Kara have pushed me so much as fellow women and they motivate me very much! Brett also pushes us a whole lot! No complaints with this gym; always clean and set up!
